Public servants under a constitutional Republic, are strictly privileged to do only those things so privileged to do.

Infringing the right to arms is so sacrosanct, that put into writing the prohibition to infringe the right to arms.

As the National Guard is not the “Militia”, only the citizens so armed, can be the Militia of the Constitution as no tyrannical government would ever be so insane as to allow a militia of armed Citizens to ever exist, said Citizens out for the heads of the government.

Oh, under the “interstate commerce” clause, States are strictly prohibited from infringing the right of commerce to Citizens between the States.

Sorry Rhode Island, you can’t ban firearms nor can you license the right to be armed for lawful Citizens…Supreme Court says so!

Public servants can be licensed, but not lawful Citizens exercising a right.
